The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators welcomes you to participate in the ASCRS•ASOA Symposium & Congress, to take place April 9-14, 2010, in Boston, Massachusetts. This section of the 2010 Media Kit contains information on the marketing tools ASCRS offers to exhibitors to reach the attending physician. Since its grand opening in June 2004, the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center has welcomed millions of visitors from around the world attending meetings, conventions, and trade shows. The largest convention facility in the Northeast is located on the South Boston Waterfront less than a 10-minute drive from Logan Airport. The BCEC features 516,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space and 84 meeting rooms overlooking the city skyline and Boston Harbor. The final design of this architecturally unique facility incorporates design, efficiency, and utility suggestions from a wide variety of meetings and convention stakeholders, including meeting planners, association and corporate executives, and national and international trade show producers.

Please review the various opportunities to both exhibit and market your products or services at the upcoming meeting. Imperative is the ability to drive traffic to your booth. We offer unique opportunities to reach the attendee and encourage him/her to visit the exhibit floor.
